  1. Fully in-person (local-first, a speaker "could" be remote).
  2. Network, connecting, job mentoring.
  3. Encourage new speakers (short deep dives versus longer presentations).
  4. Time to workshop on presentations (speaker might provide scenarios).
  5. Record all sessions; to YouTube 30-days later.
  6. Mini-conference, workshop(s), (un)conference.
